In Teams of 2
3 Rounds For Time:
400m Run w/ Med Ball (20/14)
40 Wall Balls (20/14)
40 Push Press (75/55)
40 Deadlifts (135/95)

*Your med ball CANNOT touch the ground at any time. You must each complete a 5 Burpee penalty if you drop it at any point. Break up the reps as needed, complete runs together.
