400m Run (All 4 members together)
50m Synchronized Lunges
50m Wheelbarrow (Partner up and switch half way through so everyone does 25m)
30 Pull-ups Each
50 Synchronized Squats
50 Synchronized KB Swings (53/35)
400m Run (Together)
