Partner WOD
15 min AMRAP:
15 Pull Ups, while partner hangs from pull up bar
15 Wall Balls (20/14), while partner holds the bottom of the squat
15 Push ups, while partner holds a plank
150m Row, while partner holds a handstand

*One person works at a time, break up the reps as needed. Reps cannot be completed unless one partner is holding the appropriate static position.
