Warm Up:

10 Broad Jumps

10 Sit Ups

WOD:

Death by Lunges (75/55)

*Put the barbell on your back (Rack can be used). Start by doing 1 rep on each leg for the first minute, then 2 on each side for the second minute, etc. until you can’t get the needed reps in.
