Odd: 5 Deadlifts (225/155)
Even: 12 Burpees
*You should have at least 45 seconds of rest each minute. Weight for Deadlifts should be a load you can get 5 unbroken the whole workout. This will allow more rest during the odd minutes, which will also allow you to go harder on the burpees to get all 12 reps in the minute and still have 15 seconds rest on the even minutes 😉
