100 Double Unders (2:1 singles)
50 Power Cleans (135/95)
50 Shoulder to Overhead
50 Front Squats
50 Med Ball Sit Ups
400m Med Ball Carry
*Both partners run 400m, taking turns carrying the med ball as needed. During the other movements one partner will be completing reps while the other partner is holding the medball. 5 Burpee penalty for each partner if the med ball touches the ground. Break up the reps as needed.
